      Pro Builders Express Inc. is a General Contractor Lic # 737610 that has specialized in residential room additions for the last 15 years. During this time Pro Builders Express has designed and built many custom single story and two story room additions. We discovered that many of our room additions were similar to previous additions we have built. We thought there should be a way we can pre-design the additions to be able to give our customers a less expensive alternative to the custom room addition. DesignerAdditionÔwas the answer. Though the DesignerAddition prices are much less expensive than the custom addition,  they are built with the same quality and workmanship as our custom additions. 

       Experience in building room additions helped us design the room additions that are less expensive to build. Extending existing rooms, building second stories over the existing house, moving bearing walls all lead to additional engineering and ultimatly additional expense. You won't find these in our designer additions. They are designed with cost savings in mind and more room for the dollar.

DesignerAddition designed their room additions to meet most customer needs and City building requirements.
